Returns policy
Refund Policy Items purchased on our website can be returned for a 10%
handling and restocking charge provided that you have first notified us by
email or telephone 01702 716202 (from outside UK +44 1702 716202) within 7
days of the purchase and the goods are then returned in a re-sellable
condition, which is at our discretion, with any swing tickets still
attached.
Please note that we cannot refund any cost for postage that you may have
paid, unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to
be faulty.
In addition to this refund policy, under the UK’s distance selling
regulations, you have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 7
days.
For your own protection when returning any items, we suggest that you use
Recorded Delivery, as we will not issue refunds for any items that fail to
reach us. Your statutory rights are not affected.
